Wild horsepower all three!
Sunday 01 February 2004 saw
the Mustang Car Club of Victoria gathering at Pt Cook Airforce base for their
annual get together and picnic. Naturally Bob Eastgates famed P51 Mustang, and
source of the cars name, proved a welcome compatriot for the day.
Air Nostalgia flew in for the afternoon event with a group of enthusiasts and
whilst there flew joyflights for the visitors. In addition, our aircraft
provided the RAAF Museums historical flight demonstration. Following a short
open air lecture in front of the gathered museum visitors the aircraft provided
a stunning flight demonstration awing all gathered with her grace, agility and
'sound'!
