africa |
The explorers continent. Whichever way you look at it Africa is wild. The
wildlife, the vast open spaces, the jungles, deserts and spectacular mountains are about
as untouched as you can get. The tribal cultures of Africa are as varied as the continent
itself and exhibit a rich and colourful history, from the Berbers and Arabs of the north
to the Bushmen of the Kalahari Desert in Botswana. Africa also has more than enough
thrills and spills to satisfy even the wildest wild child. |

asia |
| From the
middle east through to India, this part of Asia has a history so rich that it is virtually
impossible to take it all in. The diverse civilisations that have etched their marks upon
the region have been bound together by warring armies and great trading routes. Many of
these old routes, including the Silk Route, form the basis of our journeys. For cultural
exploration this area remains supreme. |

south america |
| South America is perhaps the continent best suited to overland travel.
When in the towns and cities we will stay in hotels and eat the local cuisine in
restaurants. Then we head out into the country to cross remote areas of the Andes or
Amazon, to venture into areas that most visitors miss. We will not confine ourselves to
the main attractions, but will get off the beaten track. Why not try out some of the wild
side activities in some of the worlds most spectacular locations. |
