In the evening you will be taken to a folk show which will last about one and a half hours. Afterwards you will be taken to a local Guanz (local restaurant) where you can try some famous Mongolian mutton food called Buuz (drinks at own expense). About 0900 you will be driven to a Ger camp in the Terelj National Park which is about one hour north east of UB. The rest of the day you can relax, go for a walk up the hill behind your Ger, go for a horse ride (US$5 per hour) or just wander around the valley with its forests, streams and tranquillity. Your guide will stay with you and assist you with whatever activity you wish. In the evening you will visit a Nomadic Ger and enjoy dinner with the Nomads. **
Today you can do whatever you want. Your guide will still be with you and will look after you and translate for you. In winter cross-country skis and toboggans will be supplied. Overnight in a Ger.
At about 1000 you will be driven back to your homestay in Ulaan Baatar. This afternoon you are free to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city and to do some shopping.
